Publisher Description

Migraine Tracker: CGRP Log. The migraine diary built for the days your head won't cooperate, and for the renewal paperwork that keeps your treatment covered.

If you're on a CGRP preventive, your insurer renews coverage based on documented migraine-day reduction. This app turns seconds of logging into the one-page report your neurologist and insurer can actually use.

WHO IT'S FOR
. People on (or starting) a CGRP preventive, injection or pill
. Chronic and episodic migraine
. Anyone whose neurologist or insurer wants proof the treatment is working

WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
. Built around CGRP prevention, not just another headache diary
. Auto-builds your prior-authorization renewal report: baseline vs current monthly migraine days (MMD), % reduction, breakthrough days, adherence
. Flags acute/rescue-medication overuse (MOH)
. MIDAS & HIT-6 disability scores, baseline to current

LOG IN SECONDS, EVEN MID-ATTACK
. One-thumb Migraine Mode for when the lights are too bright
. Tap where it hurts, severity dial, aura, symptoms, triggers
. Weather & barometric-pressure context

SHARE WITH YOUR CARE TEAM
. A secure, revocable link to your renewal report, encrypted on your device, opened with a passcode you control
. Or export a clean PDF for your appointment

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
. No account, no email. Your diary lives on your device. Nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to share it.

FREE & PREMIUM
Track migraines, log episodes, and export your data free, forever. Premium adds the CGRP renewal report, advanced doctor reports, the encrypted care-team link, and Apple Health context.

Version History Appointments, a clearer doctor report and quicker logging from anywhere.

• Appointments set a report period and a reminder, and tapping a visit reminder opens your visits.
• The doctor report opens with an attack table, states its date range and filters, and lists medications in one table with preventives in their own section. It can also be shared as an encrypted link.
• Tension-type and cluster headache can be logged as attack types, and the report counts attacks by type.
• New attack fields for relief, pain quality, activities, warning signs and day marks, and a pain map with more regions.
• Record a dose from the widget, Live Activity, Apple Watch or Siri, and answer notifications without opening the app.
• Widgets, Apple Watch and Siri now use all 18 app languages.
• Unfinished entries are gathered in one list, and health events and past days can be added.
• The menstrual cycle can be marked as not applicable, and its daily question can be turned off.
• The medication catalog adds newer migraine drugs and more spellings, and points out unlikely strengths and duplicate cards.
• Medication day counts are more accurate. Antiemetics, oxygen, corticosteroids and supplements are not counted, and future dates or repeated taps no longer inflate the record.
• App Lock names the Face ID or Touch ID your device has.
• iPhone Duo support, with Episodes and the doctor summary in two panes on the inner display. 1.4.0 4d ago Scheduled medications, better backups, round-trip CSV and more accurate reports.

• Medications given on a schedule, such as injections every 28 days, can repeat every number of days you choose, with optional reminders a week before, three days before and on the day. The medication form now records drug class, route (oral, injection, infusion, nasal or patch) and any unit.
• Restoring a backup now brings back every medication detail.
• A CSV exported from the app imports again with its medications intact, and imports read dates in the day and month order your file uses.
• Preventive injections and infusions, including Botox, follow their own schedule instead of a daily one. Adherence counts a dose as missed only once it is overdue.
• The doctor one-page snapshot always fits on one page. It lists rescue medications first and gives a count of the rest.
• The renewal report counts only days with diary entries, and Migraine Mode lists rescue medications only.
• Improved Portuguese (Portugal) and other translations, dates with two-digit days and months, and weeks that start on Monday where that is the local custom. 1.3.4 Sep 25 Fixes an import problem worth explaining.

• If you imported your history from another app, the medications recorded against each attack were kept as text in the episode notes instead of becoming real entries. They did not appear on the episode and they were missing from the doctor report.
• Imported medications now become proper entries, linked to the attack they belong to, with the dose where your file listed one.
• Your existing data is repaired automatically the first time you open this version. There is no need to import again.
• The doctor report now counts those medications, so medication days and the treatment response table are complete.

Thank you to the reader who found this and told us. 1.3.3 Sep 20 Fixes from your messages, thank you for writing in.

• Medications you log from the Meds tab now appear on the episode they belong to. You can also add a medication to a past episode.
• Record the date of an infusion or a monthly preventive, see the dates you have logged and when the next one is due, and correct your treatment start date.
• European Portuguese is now available, alongside Brazilian Portuguese.
• Numbers follow your language, so a decimal shows as 6,3 where your language writes it that way.
• Several screens and the treatment report were still showing English words. They are translated now.
• Redeem a promotional code from the paywall or from Settings. 1.3.2 Sep 18 Fixes and refinements from your feedback.

• Keyboard: every text field now stays visible above the keyboard, a Done bar sits above every keyboard including number pads, and Save buttons ride above it. Adding a medication with the keyboard open works again.
• Doctor report: tighter layout, 4 pages instead of 6 for a typical month, no wrapped dates, one duration line, repeated doses shown as a count.
• Doctor report in your language: symptom, trigger and aura names and MIDAS and HIT-6 grades now follow the app language.
• Trigger statistics: triggers are compared against days you checked in without them. Where no such data exists the report shows counts only, never a percentage.
• Migraine mode scrolls on smaller screens, the exit button is always reachable.

Thank you for writing in, it shapes every release. 1.3.1 Sep 14 CSV import is rebuilt, the fix most of you asked for.

• Pick a CSV file straight from Files.
• Excel and Numbers exports in any language now import: semicolon or tab separated, day-first dates like 25/05/2026, Windows and UTF-16 encodings, headers in 17 languages, Migraine Buddy exports.
• CSV export opens correctly in Excel, accented and non-Latin text intact.
• Delete a single episode from its page or by long-pressing it in the list.
• Medications now carry a type, Preventive or Rescue. Pick it when adding or editing a medication. The Meds tab, the in-episode picker and the doctor report show it.
